An exercise in luxury on a budget. Our client set out a very strict budget for us to work with, and our goal was to source furniture, art and accessories that worked well in this modern architectural masterpiece. Due to the budget constraints, we opted for furniture with a more contemporary approach that imbues the modern space with a relaxed sense of comfort versus being stark, modern and expensive.
Interior botanicals throughout the property create flow between the indoor and outdoor landscape.
Our client was very happy with the end result, and even happier with the fact that we came in below the allowed budget for this phenomenal staging project.
Accents of rust in the main level living room, complement the cortex fireplace and contrast with the cool blue tones of the outdoor landscape.
