BAMBOO WORLD KITCHEN, MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

The Bamboo World Kitchen, a casual eatery based in Vancouver, has two locations: South Granville Street and West Broadway. The  menu was “inspired by kitchens from around the world”, according to owner Sean Flynn. The “bamboo” concept theme is creatively woven throughout the restaurant, drawing inspiration from regions where bamboo thrives: the Pacific Northwest, Mexico, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Japan, Italy, and the Mediterranean.

A large world map made from locally recycled bamboo chopsticks centers the room, complemented by bamboo countertops, tabletops, and shelves. The sustainable theme extends to the serveware, including bamboo take-out boxes and cutlery.

Inspired by the natural and organic qualities of bamboo, the color palette used in the finishes and furniture radiates  a refreshing vibe. Bright green monotone wall graphics accentuate the company's values and cuisine.

Striking diamond-shaped onyx tiles lead customers to the service counter and pick-up area, creating an inviting and captivating atmosphere.
